Alanna Mahone

Alanna joined Landmark in 2022 as EVP, Human Resources where she oversees all matters related to People and Culture.

Prior to joining Landmark, Alanna spent four years as EVP, Human Resources for LeasePlan USA. At LPUS, Alanna and her team were instrumental in supporting the Company’s significant growth, improving employee engagement and enhancing culture. Alanna also served as VP of HR for Mansfield Oil Company for five years. At Mansfield, Alanna oversaw all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, total rewards, and talent development. In addition, she spent ten years at Ricoh Americas Corporation serving in various roles with increasing responsibilities such as Region HR Director, HR Business Partner, and Director, Learning and Development.

She received her Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Auburn University.
