Doug Armstrong

Doug joined the Landmark team in 2020 as Director of 3rd Party Construction Management. Doug previously served as Program Director on a $1.2 billion K-12 Bond Program and a $470 million K-12 Bond Program in the Dallas Texas area. He brings over 30 years of experience in overseeing and managing Telecommunication, Environmental, Education and Government construction projects. Doug and his wife Janene have raised three girls and are now enjoying the benefits that come with being grandparents.
