Janelle Webb

Janelle graduated from Mississippi State University in 2013, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, emphasizing in Marketing, Management & Finance. Upon graduation, Janelle accepted a full-time Leasing & Marketing Manager role in Oxford, MS. Since starting in the Student Housing industry, Janelle has worked in 4 different markets, beginning in 2011 as a Junior in college. She found then that Student Housing provided her with the fast paced, energetic environment that she craved, in addition to providing a stable career path and future growth! Janelle joined the Landmark Properties Corporate team in 2017 as a Marketing & Leasing Specialist. As she continued to grow with the company, Janelle accepted the role as Regional Leasing & Marketing Manager in April of 2018.

As a Regional Leasing & Marketing Manager, Janelle provides onsite & remote support in all Leasing & Marketing efforts, to her Florida Region. Janelle’s portfolio is made up of the Orlando, Tampa, Gainesville & Tallahassee markets.
