Teresa Welshans

Teresa Welshans is a Certified Paralegal and Executive Administrative Assistant with extensive experience in the legal field and technology support. Currently employed at Landmark Title Assurance Agency since January 2017, Teresa provides support to high-level executives, including the President and Vice Presidents. Previous roles include Certified Legal Assistant to Mathias G. Bildhauer, Esq. at Santin, Poli & Ball from July 2010 to October 2016, and Certified Paralegal at The Goldwater Law Firm from April 2005 to November 2007, focusing on elder law, medical malpractice, and personal injury cases. Additionally, Teresa served as an IT Administrative Assistant & Technology Support Specialist at Fountain Hills Unified School District from 1999 to 2002, where responsibilities included technology support and training for educators.
