Justin Pearce

Justin Pearce is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Land O'Lakes, Inc. since October 2017, Justin has also held significant roles at Pentair Thermal Management as Value Stream Manager and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes Operations Manager and Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at ERICO, where Justin managed and developed a team of Manufacturing Engineers. Justin's tenure at Thomas & Betts spanned various roles, including Lead Supervisor/Industrial Engineer, where responsibilities included supervising a large team, improving processes, and enhancing quality and safety. With undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering and business administration from Youngstown State University, Justin Pearce combines technical knowledge with leadership skills to drive operational excellence.
