Maddie Schmaling

Maddie Schmaling is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition, currently serving as an Experienced Recruiter for the Dairy Team and previously as a Recruiter for the Purina Team at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this role, Maddie worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ADM for a brief period in June 2021. From January 2017 to June 2021, Maddie held multiple positions at Kerry, including Talent Acquisition Partner, University Relations Partner, and University Relations Intern. Maddie earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Agriculture from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls between 2013 and 2016.
