Jeff Dlott

Jeff Dlott, PhD, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at LandScan since July 2021, overseeing legal, finance, HR, marketing communications, and supporting senior leadership with investor relations, intellectual property, and strategic initiatives. In addition, Jeff has been a Chair and Member of the Environmental Farming Science Advisory Panel for the California Department of Food and Agriculture since January 2012, advising on major agricultural programs. Previous roles include President at SureHarvest, Strategic Advisor with the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance, and Executive Director and Founder of Protected Harvest. Jeff co-founded the Stewardship Index for Specialty Crops and was the CEO of SureHarvest Inc., where agricultural software solutions were developed. Jeff holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Ecology and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.
