Brett Lacey

For purposes of control, coordination and continuity, Brett will manage the project from the pre-bid to job close out. He will visit the project frequently, helping the crews achieve quality, cost, and schedule objectives as well as handling challenges that may arise during the construction process. This will include but is not limited to; schedule management, budget and quality of work monitoring, safety, and participation in weekly monitoring and updating.

Brett has coordinated and managed the construction and renovation of over 30 golf courses, both public and private facilities. Brett began with LU in 2000 as a foreman, moved into an assistant construction superintendent, and was promoted to a construction Superintendent in 2005 and the last 2 years has begun as a Project Manager for the Southeast region. He has a tremendous amount of new construction and renovation experience at some of the most prestigious courses in the US.

Brett has expertise in cost estimating, project scheduling and overall project execution. Whether working in the field or from his office in Augusta, GA. Brett brings hands on expertise and experience contributing to Landscapes Unlimited’s overall success, predominately on the East Coast.
