Thomas Reeves

Thomas Reeves has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a career spanning over 20 years. Thomas is currently working at Landsec as an Investment Director, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to that, Thomas worked at Savills for five years as a Director from June 2016 to July 2021. Before joining Savills, they were a Director at Deloitte Real Estate from April 2014 to June 2016, where they focused on investment consultancy and the acquisition and disposal of Central London real estate. Thomas began their career at Gerald Eve in 2001, starting as part of their graduate program and eventually becoming a Partner. During their time at Gerald Eve, they gained experience in various departments such as Valuation, Business Rates, Lease Consultancy, and Agency before focusing on Investment and Development advice in the London City office. Thomas also briefly worked at CB Richard Ellis in 2008 as part of the Investment Advisory Services team.

Thomas Reeves attended Oxford Brookes University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Real Estate Management.
