Kara Svehla

Kara Svehla is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Landstar since April 2018, Kara previously held positions including Senior HR Business Partner at Ditech Mortgage Corp, where support was provided to 700 employees, and HR Director at Technomics, Inc., where significant improvements in talent acquisition were achieved. Additional roles include HR Manager positions at CSS-Dynamac, Bates White, LLC, Stanley, Inc., and Maxim Group, each contributing to strategic HR initiatives and organizational development.
