Edward Schwab

Edward Schwab is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial property investment and asset management. Currently a Partner at Landswood de Coy LLP since January 2006, Edward has honed expertise in identifying latent value at the pre-acquisition stage and enhancing cash flow through active management. Before this role, Edward served as Managing Partner at Pearl & Coutts Ltd, part of the Structadene Group, from September 1999 to December 2005, where foundational experiences in asset management were developed. Edward holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management from the University of Westminster, completed in 2002.
