Greta Gustafson

Greta Gustafson has a strong background in sales and marketing in the real estate industry. Greta has held various senior roles, including Managing Director and Senior Vice President, at companies such as LandVest, Southworth Development LLC, O'Neill Properties Group, and Icahn Enterprises. Greta's experience includes working with luxury real estate developments, residential resort communities, and international golf destination properties. Prior to their career in real estate, they served as the President of Strombergs, Inc. Greta Gustafson has extensive expertise in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for diverse real estate projects.

Greta Gustafson obtained a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Wheaton College Massachusetts. Greta also pursued studies in Real Estate Finance & Commercial Real Estate at Boston University. In addition to their degrees, Greta has earned several certifications including Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) from the National Association of Home Builders, LEED AP from the U.S. Green Building Council, and Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York, Florida, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Greta is currently working towards completing their Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM) from the National Association of Home Builders.
