Jillian Hawkins (Ward)

Jillian (Ward) Hawkins, PHR has a diverse work experience. Jillian started their career as a Public Relations Intern at Norman Economic Development Coalition in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Contributing Writer for Pulse Magazine, where they wrote a cover story article on media entrepreneurship. Since 2012, Jillian has been working at Lane Gorman Trubitt, LLC, where they have held multiple roles. Jillian started as a Human Resources Coordinator and was responsible for overseeing continuing education of licensed CPAs, assisting with benefits and open enrollment, and coordinating campus recruiting. In 2015, they became the Human Resources & Recruiting Manager, taking on additional responsibilities such as coordinating year-round internship programs, managing facilities, and acting as a mentor. Jillian'smost recent role at the company is Senior Human Resources Manager. Currently, Jillian serves as the Director of Human Resources at Lane Gorman Trubitt, LLC.

Jillian (Ward) Hawkins, PHR has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Jillian also attended the University of San Francisco from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Graphic Design without obtaining a degree. Prior to that, Jillian attended Nolan Catholic High School from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Jillian has obtained two additional certifications. In September 2022, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI. Furthermore, in February 2023, they completed the "Become a Manager" certification program offered by LinkedIn.
