Brent Bennett

Brent Bennett serves as the President Elect for the Utah Chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, a global network that supports over 17,000 entrepreneurs. With extensive experience at HUB International since 2002, Brent has held the position of Executive Vice President and Practice Leader, overseeing Employee Benefits while partnering with leading brokerage firms. As the Founder and CEO of Spectra Benefits, Brent has demonstrated strong leadership and achieved significant growth, earning recognition from Inc. Additionally, Brent is a Venture Partner at Lane VC, where disruptive companies are connected with strategic capital. Previous roles include Integration Chair and Board Member for the Utah Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, as well as experience in staffing and sales. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Utah and an Associate of Science from Utah State University.
