Matthew Kolinski

Matthew Kolinski is a multifaceted entrepreneur and physician with extensive experience in the fields of management, consulting, and healthcare. As the Chief Executive Officer of Staffing Management Group since January 2018, Matthew has focused on the recruiting industry, while also serving as an author and thought leader since March 2020 to assist others in business growth. Founder and CEO of USA Staffing Services since April 2010, Matthew has enabled numerous entrepreneurs to enhance performance and profitability. In addition, Matthew holds the position of Board Member and President at Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) Tampa Bay since July 2018, fostering support for entrepreneurs globally. As Principal of MK Investment Group, investments have been made in small start-ups since 2010, driven by operational involvement aimed at quick profitability. Matthew also co-founded Lanefinder in January 2018 and has held various medical roles, including Internal Medicine Physician at Aurora Health Care until September 2021, and Owner/Physician at MK Medical Services. Matthew earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Midwestern University and a BS in Biology from Loyola University Chicago.
