Deputy Head of Service contact center at Lanet Network

Denis Zablotsky has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Денис began their career at Ecall in 2006 as a Customer Support representative. In 2007, they joined Nadra Bank as a Technical Support engineer before moving to Lanet Network in 2009. At Lanet Network, Denis held various positions, starting as a Technical Support engineer and eventually progressing to Deputy Head of Technical Support. In 2014, they became the Head of the Department of retention and churn, and in 2015, they were promoted to Deputy Head of Service contact center. Throughout their career, Denis has gained expertise in customer support, technical support, and leadership roles.

Денис Заблоцкий attended the MIM-Kyiv Business School from 2021 to 2022, where they studied Pre-MBA Business. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Computer Systems and Networks Maintenance at the Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine" (OMURCH) from 2006 to 2009. Денис also obtained a Junior Specialist degree in Computer Systems and Networks Maintenance from the Montazhno-Ekonomicheskiy College from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Denis obtained a certification in Preventing Emotional Burnout in Contact Center Operators from the Ukrainian Contact Center Association in April 2015.
