Mark Howland

Mark Howland began their work experience in 2020 as a Recruiter at Resource Options, Inc., where they served from August to October. Following this, they joined Beacon Hill Staffing Group as a Staffing Consultant from November 2020 to May 2021. In this role, Mark collaborated with Fortune 500 companies in the Greater Boston and Hartford area to develop and execute marketing strategies for promoting their brand and attracting top talent. Mark conducted daily outreach to potential candidates through various channels and successfully negotiated salaries for both candidates and clients. Mark later worked as a Talent Advocate at Averity from September 2021 to May 2023. Currently, in 2023, they are a Business Development Representative at Lang.ai.

Mark Howland obtained their Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Rhode Island, starting in 2016 and completing it in 2020.
