Philippe de Montbrun

Philippe De Montbrun is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Gushue Belanger Hospitality Services Inc. since August 2023, Philippe previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa from April 2018. Additional experience includes roles as Executive Sous Chef at Actinolite Restaurant, Freelance Chef at International Inc., and Chef de Partie at Noma restaurant.
