Cindy Grace has over a decade of experience in Human Resources, with roles such as Director of Human Resources at various hotels including Langham Hospitality Group, Hotel Ciputra Jakarta, Hotel Mulia Senayan, and Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center. Prior to these roles, they held the position of Group Director of Human Resources at PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk and Asst. Director of Human Resources at Kempinski Hotels.

Cindy Grace completed a Master of Human Resources at the University of Melbourne.
