Danio Galli has held various roles in the hospitality industry, starting as an Italian Chef at Hyatt Regency in 1995. Danio later worked at JW Marriott Mumbai as an Italian Chef and then as an Executive Sous Chef at JW Marriott Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments. Danio transitioned to becoming an Executive Chef at Renaissance Hotel Zhongshan Park, where they led the culinary team through a complete hotel redesign and opening. Danio then moved on to hold positions at The Langham, Xintiandi, Shanghai and Langham Hospitality Group before assuming their current role as Corporate Director F&B at Katara Hospitality. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in F&B projects, operations, and team leadership.

Danio Galli attended Alessandro Magnaghi from 1986 to 1989, where they graduated with a degree in Hotel Management.
