Jennifer Edwards

Jennifer Edwards has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Jennifer started their career as a Bank Teller at Crestar Bank in 1997, where they provided excellent customer service and processed various banking transactions. Jennifer then became a Head Teller/Sales Team Leader, overseeing the teller line and providing sales guidance.

In 1999, Jennifer joined SunTrust Bank as a Branch Operations Assistant Manager, ensuring branch compliance with policies and procedures and resolving operational issues. Jennifer later worked as a Notary Public, providing notary services from 1999 to 2018.

In 2003, Jennifer joined Langley Federal Credit Union as a Financial Service Officer, responsible for providing members with accurate information and opening various types of accounts. Over the years, they progressed to the role of Branch Manager, overseeing branch operations, managing staff scheduling, maintaining branch equipment, and developing new business opportunities. Most recently, Jennifer served as the Senior Branch Manager before being promoted to Director of the Southside Market.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated strong customer service skills, knowledge of banking products and services, and leadership abilities.
