Helen Murphy

Partner, Helen heads the Serious Injury practice and has a long and broad experience in serious injury cases and now primarily focuses on accident cases leading to serious or catastrophic injury, or fatality.

She has a particular interest in acquired brain injuries, demonstrating her commitment to raising awareness and supporting those affected through her voluntary work as trustee and treasurer of Headway, a Lincolnshire based brain injury charity.

Helen is also experienced in clinical negligence claims having recently dealt with cases relating to delay in diagnosis of cancer, surgical errors and amputation.

She has successfully litigated cases to trial and concluded a claim for serious brain injury last year valued at over £2,000,000 and which included a Periodical Payment Order.
