Arnisa Xharra

Arnisa Xharra-Jensen is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at Language Services Associates since November 2022, Arnisa previously held the position of Marketing and Communication Manager at the International Lactation Consultant Association from February to November 2022. Arnisa's background includes significant contributions at Enhanced Resource Centers as Recruitment Marketing and as Program Manager/Researcher for the Kosovar Stability Initiative, where complex projects were implemented to aid governance and social dialogue in Kosovo. Marketing expertise was further developed through positions at FINCA Kosova, including Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist, as well as through international sales promotion at the Kosovo Investment and Enterprise Support Agency. Arnisa holds an MBA from the European Center for Peace and Development and a Bachelor's in Marketing & International Business from Auckland University of Technology, along with ongoing studies in massage therapy.
