Morten Højgaard

Morten Højgaard is a seasoned senior strategy manager with a strong background in strategy development, facilitation, and M&A, currently employed at LanguageWire since June 2023. Previously, Morten served as a senior strategy consultant at YouSee, where key achievements included leading a significant project to consolidate multiple legacy systems into a unified Customer Experience Management (CXM) system. Morten has held various leadership roles within YouSee, including Head of Channel Strategy & Projects, where large strategic initiatives focused on digitalization and process improvements were executed. Earlier experiences include roles in consulting and customer insight at TDC and Ennova, as well as an internship and entry-level positions in customer experience and market analysis. Morten holds a Master of Science in International Economic Consulting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, complemented by studies at San Diego State University.
