Rasika Wickramanayaka

Rasika Wickramanayaka is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in various roles within procurement and logistics. Currently serving as the Manager of Procurement at LankaClear since December 2007, Rasika is responsible for all procurement activities and has developed the organization's Procurement Guideline and Manual. Prior experience includes positions at IOM as a Procurement and Logistics Executive and the Ministry of Higher Education as a Procurement Assistant, alongside earlier roles in procurement and administration with the Ministry of Vocational Training. Rasika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies specialized in HR from the Open University of Sri Lanka, graduate and diploma qualifications in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the Institute of Supply and Material Management, a diploma in Public Procurement and Contract Administration from SLIDA, and a Master of Business Administration from Mahatma Gandhi University, along with certification from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, Australia.
