Deanna Fink, CCP, GRP, CBP has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to compensation and human resources. Deanna most recently served as the Director of Total Rewards at Lannett Company, Inc., a publicly traded generic pharmaceutical company. In this role, Deanna was responsible for developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and designing competitive compensation and benefit programs for employees. Before that, they held positions of Associate Director Compensation, Senior Manager Compensation, and Compensation Manager at the same company.

Prior to their work at Lannett, Deanna worked as a Compensation Manager at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where they provided consultation on compensation strategy and designed employee compensation programs for legal and business professional staff.

Deanna also has a background in HR and payroll management, having worked as a Manager of Compensation & Payroll, HR Manager of Payroll & HRIS, and Supervisor of HRIS & Payroll at GENEX Services, LLC. Deanna started their career in the field of human resources at CMC Engineering.

Deanna is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), highlighting their commitment to professional development and excellence in their field.

Deanna Fink holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, which they obtained from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania between the years 1997 and 2001. In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications from WorldatWork.
