Milja Helin

Milja Helin currently serves as Head Editor at Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Milja held the role of Communications Manager at Kymsote between December 2020 and January 2023, and worked as a Communications Professional at the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS) from October 2018 to December 2020. Before these roles, Milja operated as a freelance Marketing Communication Consultant and served in various communications positions at Ilmarinen, Akvamariini Porter Novelli, Aspa-säätiö, and Etera, accumulating extensive experience in content production, press relations, and internal communications since the late 1990s. Milja's academic background includes a degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Helsinki and participation in an exchange program at the University of South Carolina.
