Noora Kero

Noora Kero serves as the Head of Communications at Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue since January 2023, after holding the Communications Manager role at Terveystalo from January 2022 to January 2023. With extensive experience in media relations and corporate communication, Kero has been coaching leaders in executive communication at Kero Kom Oy since November 2014, focusing on media representation, spokesperson skills, and public speaking. Previous positions include Communications Specialist at the Finnish Red Cross, Spokesperson for the International Committee of the Red Cross in Israel and the occupied territories, and Communications Manager for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in West and Central Africa. Kero's career began at Yle, the Finnish Broadcasting Company, where various roles included journalist, news director, and presenter. Kero holds a Master of Social Sciences from the University of Tampere and studied at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium.
