Sussa Vanhanen

Sussa Vanhanen serves as the Chief Executive Officer at ThreeInOne Oy since January 2024, while concurrently holding the position of Head of Marketing & Communications at both Tyynismaa Capital Oy and WasaGroup since January 2023 and August 2022, respectively. Additionally, Sussa Vanhanen manages marketing and communications for WasaCon Oy and WasaPlan Oy, also since August 2022. With a long-standing commitment to social responsibility, Sussa Vanhanen has been a foster parent for two children since December 2006. Prior experience includes a role as Head of Marketing at AFRY after the acquisition of Vahanen Group in January 2022, followed by various positions at Vahanen-yhtiöt, where duties spanned from Marketing and Communications Director to HR Manager. Sussa Vanhanen's career began at BasWare, where a focus on HR consultancy was evident. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and a Communications Manager's Degree from the Management Institute of Finland.
