Dale Carter

Dale Carter has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Dale most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Lansing Building Products starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were the EVP - Chief Human Resource Officer at Blue Ridge Bank from October 2022 to March 2023. Dale also held various HR leadership roles at Coesia S.p.A. from 2007 to 2022, including Director, HR Business Partner and Manager, HR Business Partner. Dale began their career as an HR Analyst & Background Investigations Program Coordinator at Chesterfield County in 2006 and previously worked as a Sheriff's Deputy. Before transitioning to HR, Dale worked as a Production Manager at P.P. Payne, Inc. from 1992 to 1999.

Dale Carter completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Richmond from 2002 to 2005. Dale further pursued their education in the same field at the University of Richmond and obtained a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from 2005 to 2007.
