Luc Ballot

Luc Ballot has worked for several companies since 2011. Luc began their career at Diobri as an Assistant Project Manager. In 2013, they moved to Ballot-Flurin as a Project Manager. Luc then joined UniConsultants as a Supervised Project in 2015. Later that year, they worked as a Project Manager for Cohésion Stratégies. In 2016, they became a Consultant for Digital Transformation at Atelya | Spécialiste en transformation d'entreprise | Specialist in Business Transformation. In 2018, they were a Senior Consultant for Strategic Transformation at UMAknow. In 2020, they began working as a Podcaster for À Demain, exploring the future of work and the impact of the COVID crisis on organizations. Finally, they are currently a Business Strategy Manager at Lansweeper.

Luc Ballot has a diverse educational background. From 2009 to 2013, they attended HEC Montréal and obtained a BAA in Technologies de l'information et Marketing. Luc then went on to pursue a Maîtrise ès sciences de la gestion in Stratégie from 2013 to 2015. In 2010, they also attended Singapore Management University. In 2015, they completed an online course in Design Thinking from IDEO U. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained a certification in Designing for Change from IDEO U.
