Natalia Rodas has over 15 years of experience in marketing. Natalia began their career in 2005 as a Key Account Manager for L'Oréal, where they were responsible for sell in/sell out of brands like L'Oréal, Garnier and Maybelline, as well as managing the sales force. In 2007, they were appointed Marketing Manager for the Southern Cone at Estee Lauder Companies, where they were accountable for Chile, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay and was able to leverage brand profits by 5-7%. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as Marketing and Product Manager at GASCO GLP S.A., a Chilean company dedicated to commercializing and distributing liquefied petroleum and natural gas. Natalia then took a sabbatical year in 2014 with VDAB before becoming Global Marketing Manager Brand & Digital at Ontex in 2019. In 2021, they joined Barco as Global Marketing Communications Manager, where they were responsible for leading a team of 3 Managers and developing and optimizing marketing and communication UX for their personas across their Customer Journey. Most recently, Natalia began working as an Independent Marketing Consultant at NR in 2020 and is currently Global Demand Generation Manager at Lansweeper since 2022.
Natalia Rodas has a comprehensive education history. In 2017, they completed a Digital Strategy Programme at Vlerick Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in 2002-2003. Natalia also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in 1998-2002, with a focus on Administration, Marketing and Finance.
