Stephen Frein's work experience includes various leadership roles in logistics, finance, planning, and development. Stephen recently joined Lanter Delivery Systems as the Head of Business Support Services for Logistics Administrative Solutions in November 2021. Prior to that, they had a long career at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they served as the Vice President of Total Rewards and Global Benefits COE Head before retiring in January 2021. Stephen also held roles as the Director of HR Financial Planning & Performance Management/Target Setting and the Director of Wholesaler System Development. Before joining Anheuser-Busch InBev, Stephen worked at Anheuser-Busch, where they held positions including Vice President of Financial Planning & Development for Anheuser-Busch Theme Parks and Manager of Corporate Planning & Development. Stephen also had a brief role as a Corporate Planning Analyst/Sr. Analyst. Prior to their time at Anheuser-Busch, Stephen worked at U.S. Bank and Bank of America in various banking positions.

Stephen Frein obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Missouri State University. Stephen also earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from St. Louis University. In 2016, they received a certification in Global Strategic People Program from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
