Andrew Swiler

Andrew Swiler began their career in 2007 as an Associate at Hilco Global, where they were promoted to Senior Associate. In 2010, they worked as a Fractional CFO. In 2013, they co-founded UNIQBROW, a company that produces sunglasses for travelers, which they exited in 2017. That same year, they founded Future Humans, a clothing company made from sustainable and recycled materials, which they shut down due to thin margins. In 2019, they became an Investment Manager at EIT InnoEnergy, where they managed seed and early stage cleantech investments. In 2021, they joined the Board of Bamboo Energy. In 2022, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of Lanteria, a leading developer of HR, Talent, Performance and Learning management software for SharePoint and Office365 users, and Investment Director of Secways, an investment firm started by successful entrepreneurs.

Andrew Swiler is currently enrolled in IESE Business School, pursuing Foundations of Scaling. Andrew received a BS in Finance from Miami University and also attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
