Lucia Fragomene

Lucia Fragomene has extensive experience in customer operations and education, currently serving as Manager of Customer Operations at Lanterra Developments Ltd. since August 2015, where responsibilities include managing warranty processes, addressing escalated purchaser concerns, and coordinating on-site customer care teams. Previously, Lucia held positions as an Administrative Assistant at Caryl Baker Visage and as an ESL Instructor at Platon College, demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and teaching skills. Lucia also has experience as an ESL Tutor and Student Teacher, along with a background in expense report allocation at Rio Tinto. Lucia holds a Bachelor of Education from McGill University and a Diploma of Collegial Studies from John Abbott College.
