Alexandre Johansen

Alexandre Johansen serves as a Préparateur mental and personal and professional coach at LWY Coaching since May 2023. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Alexandre has held various roles at Lantmännen Unibake since April 2002, including Technical Manager and Production Manager, overseeing 13 managers and 200 staff members on site, as well as leading the development and launch of two high-speed production lines. Previous positions include Production Supervisor at Pastridor FR, where responsibilities included training and enhancing the leadership skills of supervisory staff, and Technical Coordinator at DEPRAT Jean SA, focusing on workshop management and production planning.
