Seth Lind

Seth Lind is an experienced project manager with a robust background in managing commercial and residential construction projects, including involvement in high-profile projects valued up to $24 million. Currently serving as a project manager for Lantz Construction Company since April 2023, Seth has previously held similar roles at W.M. Jordan Company and Matchbox Realty & Management Services. Proficient in Timberline Project Management software, Seth effectively oversees all aspects of project management, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and budget tracking. With experience in Hard Bid, Design-Build formats, and LEED projects, Seth also contributes to project bidding processes and has recently expanded duties to include estimator responsibilities. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ithaca College.
