Ashok Kumar Muthusamy

Ashok Kumar Muthusamy has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ashok Kumar started their career as a Lead Engineer at CadCam Ventures in 1993, where they successfully led the development of a high precision CAD/CAM system for the dental industry. Ashok Kumar also played a key role in designing and facilitating a tooth manufacturing plant.

In 2000, Ashok joined HighPoint Technology LLC as an Engineering Manager. Here, they contributed to the research and development of software/hardware products for the dental, radiology, and restaurant industries. Ashok Kumar worked closely with the ownership team on project plans, purchasing schedule, inventory management, beta testing, and product release.

In 2004, they moved on to become the Technical Director of Software Engineering at Lanvera Ltd. Over the course of four years, Ashok provided technical direction and guidance to the development team. Ashok Kumar also successfully implemented coding standards and best practices.

From 2008 to 2015, Ashok held the role of Senior Director of Software Engineering and Professional Services at Lanvera Ltd. In this position, they led multiple teams of software engineers in developing and implementing products for new and innovative product sets. Ashok Kumar also focused on establishing global standards and creating an environment conducive to reuse and scalability.

Following this, Ashok served as the Chief Enterprise Architect at Lanvera Ltd from 2015 to 2017, where they contributed to the company's strategic direction and management.

Their most recent role at Lanvera Ltd was Director of Software Development, which they held since February 2017. In this position, they were responsible for developing new products and enhancing existing ones in line with the company's vision. Ashok Kumar worked closely with the CTO and Product Owners in architecting secure, scalable, responsive, and reliable systems. Additionally, they managed projects using Agile methodology and led the QA team in developing the test plan. Ashok also played a key role in setting up the DevOps process for promoting configurations and code to various environments.

Ashok Kumar Muthusamy obtained a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma from 1990 to 1993.
