Pamela Knapp

Former CFO of GfK SE; Member of the board of directors and board of directors in various European commercial companies.

Ms. Knapp studied economics in Munich and Berlin. She also completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.

Ms. Knapp began her professional career in 1987 at Deutsche Bank AG. After two years in M&A consulting at Fuchs Consult GmbH, Ms. Knapp moved to the Siemens Group in 1992. After holding various management positions, she was a member of the Power Transmission and Distribution Divisional Board from 2004 with responsibility for accounting, controlling, legal, internal audit, purchasing and sales activities in Western Europe and Latin America. In 2009, Ms. Knapp joined the Management Board of GfK SE, where she was CFO until 2014, responsible for Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Legal, Facilities, Purchasing and Human Resources.
