Louay Masarweh

Louay Masarweh has an extensive work history, starting with various technical positions at Chevron from 1991 to 1998. Louay then worked as a Process Engineering Manager at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, where they formed the department to support the construction and operations of a petrochemical facility. From 2002 to 2005, they served as a Production Superintendent at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company.

In 2005, Louay joined Shell as an Operations Manager and later became the General Manager (Plant Manager) until 2013. Louay then served as the Regional Manager for the Americas at Shell from 2013 to 2014, followed by the role of Production and Technology Excellence Manager from 2014 to 2018.
