Louay Masarweh has an extensive work history, starting with various technical positions at Chevron from 1991 to 1998. Louay then worked as a Process Engineering Manager at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, where they formed the department to support the construction and operations of a petrochemical facility. From 2002 to 2005, they served as a Production Superintendent at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company.
