Louis Ranjard

Louis Ranjard is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at LanzaTech since October 2021. Previously, Louis served as Principal Scientist at PlantTech Research Institute Ltd. from October 2019 to October 2021 and as a Machine Learning Engineer at Biomatters from October 2018 to September 2019, where contributions focused on machine learning solutions for in silico drug discovery. Earlier experience includes research fellowship and laboratory management at the Australian National University, emphasizing computational biology research, and a postdoctoral fellowship at The University of Auckland, specializing in Bayesian statistics and bioinformatics. Louis holds a PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Bioacoustics, and Machine Learning from The University of Auckland, with additional education at Université Évry Paris-Saclay and Université de Poitiers.
