Sanjeev Manocha has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Sanjeev currently holds the position of Global Director of Business Development at LanzaTech since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as Director of Business Development at LanzaTech from January 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining LanzaTech, Sanjeev worked at BPXL Limited as a Lean Six Sigma Consultant starting from May 2012. Sanjeev specialized in bringing operational improvements and building employee competency and engagement.

Sanjeev also has experience at Carmeuse, where they served as the Global Steel Industry Manager from December 2016 to January 2022. In this role, they focused on building strong relationships with key accounts, developing global market strategies, and implementing best practices.

Ltd. (where they worked as a Project Manager and Deputy Manager - Commissioning).

Sanjeev Manocha completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College in the years 1987 to 1991. Sanjeev later pursued a Six Sigma - Black Belt certification from Wipro in the years 2007 to 2008. In 2010, they obtained their Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Kingston University, and also became a certified Lean Six Sigma - Master Black Belt from SigmaPro. Additionally, they hold various certifications, including Advancing Negotiation Skills from Scotwork and Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level II (PMC-II) from Pragmatic Marketing.
