Matthew Olivo

Matthew Olivo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Matthew is currently the Director of Support Center Operations at Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice, a role they have held since April 2023. Prior to this position, they served as the Support Center Manager at the same company starting in August 2021. Before joining Lap of Love, Matthew worked at AutoPoint, a Solera Company, where they held the role of Director of Site Operations from May 2017 to January 2021. From September 2010 to May 2017, they were the Director of the Fort Myers Operation at LYNX Services, L.L.C. Additionally, they served as the Operations Manager for Glass and FNOL Programs at LYNX Services from October 2009 to September 2010. Matthew's earliest role was at LYNX Services, a Solera company, where they worked as the Manager of Business Process Excellence from June 2005 to October 2007.
