Kaitlyn Pace

Kaitlyn Pace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner relations and management. Currently serving as a Partner Relations Specialist at Lapetco, Inc. since April 2023, Kaitlyn also co-founded 4P Homes in March 2021. Previously, Kaitlyn held the position of Director of Partner Relations at Swan Energy, Inc. from April 2022 to July 2023 and worked as an Administrative Assistant in the same company. Prior to that, Kaitlyn was Assistant Venue Manager at DI AMICI UPSCALE EVENTS LLC and Shift Supervisor at Starbucks. Kaitlyn began a managerial career at Bahama Buck's Franchise Corporation. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from East Texas Baptist University, obtained between 2016 and 2020.
