Georg Fendt

Georg Fendt has over 25 years of work experience in various finance and management roles. Georg was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Lapp Group's APAC region from 2016. In this role, they were responsible for financial management and joined the Regional Executive Management Team.

Prior to that, Georg worked as the CFO for BW Group's CleanHull Portfolio from 2014 to 2016. Georg managed finance activities in multiple countries and acted as the de facto General Manager in Singapore, overseeing finance, administration, and operations.

From 2010 to 2013, Georg served as the CFO for TÜV SÜD Product Service. Georg established and led commercial finance operations in a newly implemented matrix organization and played a key role in supporting revenue growth and acquisitions.

Georg also held positions at Panasonic AVC Networks Singapore Pte Ltd, where they established and directed the Business Planning Department and contributed to the development of new business models. Georg previously worked as an Internal Project Management Consultant for TÜV SÜD Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., leading a program to prepare for SAP launch and integration.

Earlier in their career, they served as a Financial Controller and later led Business Development at TÜV SÜD Japan Ltd. Additionally, Georg gained experience as an Engineer Assistant at CVG EDELCA and completed an internship at Maraven S.A.

Throughout their career, Georg has demonstrated a strong background in finance, organizational development, and project management. Georg has successfully contributed to the growth and success of various organizations.

Georg Fendt has a diverse education history. Georg started their academic journey at Colegio Humboldt, although the specific years are unknown. After completing their high school education, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Universidad Simón Bolívar, where they obtained a degree in Electronic Engineering from 1985 to 1993.

Georg then expanded their academic pursuits by enrolling at Osaka University of Foreign Studies in 1994. The duration of their studies at this institution is not specified, but it is known that they engaged in Graduate Studies in Language & Culture.

In 1994, Georg Fendt returned to Kanagawa University, where they pursued further education. Georg earned a Master's degree in Economics from 1994 to 1997. Subsequently, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Doctorate in Economics between 1997 and 2000.

Later, Georg focused on enhancing their business management skills by attending the IE Business School from 2005 to 2006. Georg successfully completed an International Executive MBA program, emphasizing their dedication to learning and expanding their knowledge in the field of Business Administration and Management.
