Maria F.

Maria F. is currently a Product Manager at Lapse. Maria has previous experience working as a Lead Product Manager at SKOOT from June 2021 to December 2021 and as a Product Manager at Dibs from November 2017 to June 2021.

At SKOOT, they worked with a team of product designers and other PMs to take features from ideation through to product requirements and Acs. Maria also worked with lead mobile and backend engineers to ensure product requirements understood, did feature sign off and user acceptance testing to ensure features working to spec, and liaised with marketing, sales and commercial to communicate product strategy and support where needed.

At Dibs, they were responsible for the whole product consisting of a mobile application (iOS and Android), in-house campaign management portal. This included App store and Google Play Store management including App Store Optimisation and A/B testing. Maria also worked closely with and effectively managed a cross-functional team consisting of developers, producers, designers and data analysts, across 4 countries. Furthermore, they led requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and managed the product prioritisation based off of these requirements. Maria also created roadmaps and prioritised based on data, consumer requirements, stakeholder requirements, KPIs and industry changes.

Maria F. has a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of York and A Levels from The British School Muscat. Maria is also a Bright Futures Resourcing certified Bright Futures Society Member.

Maria F. reports to Dan Silvertown, Co-Founder. Maria F. works with Haley Ma - Head of Product, Camera, Lili Nikkhah - Marketing Director, and Tom Wood - Product Manager.
