Daniel Ruzich

Daniel Ruzich is an experienced asset manager currently with Laramar Group since February 2022, and previously held a similar position at Lendlease from March 2021 to February 2022, contributing to a new investment platform focused on multifamily assets in US gateway cities. Prior to Lendlease, Daniel served as a Senior Associate at First Capital Advisors, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of multifamily and retail properties. Earlier roles include CRA Investment Officer at CIBC US and Financial Analyst at CVS Caremark Corporation, where Daniel handled significant financial budgets and developed streamlined reporting processes. Daniel began the career as an Asset Management Intern at AEGON, gaining foundational experience in analyzing financials and compliance for a variety of properties. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
