Kristoffer Pastrana has extensive experience in customer service and administrative support across various industries. Currently employed at Largo as a Film Acquisition / Customer Service Specialist since January 2020, Kristoffer previously served as a freelance Admin / Customer Service Representative at Supernova, providing expert customer care for health and beauty brands. Kristoffer’s prior roles include Customer Service Representative at Afni Philippines Inc., where responsibilities included troubleshooting and billing support for a major telecommunications company, as well as diverse administrative functions at Valentine Maritime Gulf L.L.C. Kristoffer also worked as a Digital Archivist at German Health Consult FZ LLC and held entry-level positions in logistics and technical support in earlier career stages.
