Crucita Rioseco-Martinez, MSN, RN has extensive work experience in nursing leadership and clinical roles. Crucita started as a Staff RN in 1993 and has since held positions such as RN Supervisor, ER Nurse, and Supervisor of Urgent Care. Crucita has also served as a Director of Outpatient and Surgical Services, Director of Neuroscience Nursing, and Chief Nursing Officer at Larkin Community Hospital. In addition, Crucita has worked as a Nursing Consultant and Fundamentals Instructor. Crucita'sexperience includes managing various patient care services, outpatient departments, and surgical services.

Crucita Rioseco-Martinez, MSN, RN completed their high school education at Key West High School in 1989, with a focus on business. Crucita then pursued an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Florida Keys Community College from 1992 to 1994. Continuing their education, they attained a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Walden University between 2010 and 2012. Finally, Crucita completed their Master's degree in Executive Leadership at Walden University from 2014 to 2016.
