Jim LaCroix has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jim began their career in 1988 as the Chief Engineer at Skokie Tool Corporation. Jim then moved on to Bi-link Metal Specialties in 1997 where they served as the Project Engineering Manager. In 1999, they joined Newko Prototypes, Inc. as the General Manager, overseeing all operations and playing a role in quoting, purchasing, project management, and quality. Jim later joined Larsen Manufacturing in 2005, initially as the General Manager and eventually becoming the Vice President of Operations in 2014. In their role, they were responsible for coordinating efforts across various areas of the company's operations to maximize profitability. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Larsen Manufacturing LLC as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Jim LaCroix attended Lane Tech High School from 1981 to 1985. Following their high school education, they enrolled at the Illinois Institute of Technology from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
